Overview

The Mack Trucks Customer Center serves as an innovative environment for engaging customers and supporting sales conversations. Through a combination of sliding screen media, physical displays, and guided storytelling, visitors can explore Mack’s chassis differentiators, configurations, and real-world applications in a hands-on way. The experience is designed to simplify decision-making, reinforce product value, and create a more direct connection between Mack’s offerings and customer needs.
