Overview

Developed as an interactive digital sales tool for Zales, this project brought a new diamond product to life through a high-fidelity, real-time 3D experience embedded directly into the e-commerce platform. Built using WebGL technology, the tool allows users and in-store associates to explore the diamond from every angle, compare cuts, and understand its unique qualities through intuitive interaction. Designed for seamless use across desktop and mobile devices, the experience also supported in-store sales teams in over 300 stores via tablets, bridging digital and physical retail. The tool played a central role in Zales’ product launch, contributing to increased engagement, broader reach, and one of the brand’s most successful promotions to date.
